Install eSIM with a code (SM-DP+ and Activation Code)

Use this when you can’t scan the QR, e.g. if you only have one device. Both codes are in the email and on My Account › Orders › View details (press and hold to copy)

iPhone

1. Settings › Cellular › Add eSIM › Use QR Code › Enter details manually
2. SM-DP+ Address: paste the value SM-DP+ Address
3. Activation code: paste Activation Code
4. Confirmation code: leave blank, tap Next and wait until “Activated”

Android

1. Settings › Connections / Network › SIM manager › Add eSIM
2. Select “Enter activation code” or “Enter manually”
3. Paste the code in the format LPA:1$SM-DP+Address$ActivationCode (Copy the whole line from the email)
4. Tap Add/Activate

After installing, follow the “On arrival” steps on the Install with QR Code
