After payment, you will receive an email with QR Code and the eSIM installation code within 5 minutes. We recommend installing 1–2 days before departure while still on home Wi-Fi, because installation requires internet

Before you start, check 3 things

• iPhone XS / XR or later, supports eSIM
• The phone must not be carrier-locked (most phones bought in Thailand are not locked)
• connected to Wi-Fi, and open the email with the QR Code on another device or print it out

Installation steps

1. Go to Settings › Cellular › Add eSIM (Some iOS versions say “Add Cellular Plan”)
2. Select Use QR Code doneScan QR from the email — ถ้าScanNot available Select “Enter details manually” แล้วกรอกรหัสfrom the email
3. Give the new line an easy name, e.g. Travel and set the Thai line as digits
4. On the Cellular Data page, select the line Travel andClose “Allow cellular data switching”
5. On the Default Voice Line page (calls / SMS), keep your Thai number selected

What to do after arriving

1. Go to Settings › Cellular › Travel Open Turn On This Line and Data Roaming
2. on the Thai number line Turn off data roaming on, so there are no roaming data charges from your Thai carrier
3. Wait a moment for signal. If it still does not connect, turn airplane mode on and off once

Cautions

• Do not delete eSIM during the trip. Most QR codes can be installed only once
